Tier 3 hired Mr. William Brodie as a Senior Software Engineer & Manager in ourColorado office.  Mr. Brodie has over 20 years of IT consulting and project leadership experience with emphasis on government and utility GIS implementation, integration and enterprise SOA architecture. As a manager, consultant and developer, he has designed and managed a variety of projects including strategic implementation plans, data management projects, application software development, and enterprise-wide GIS application implementation.

Tier 3 is pleased to announce the addition Lou Lanava to the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Lou will be responsible for all of Tier 3 products and services and generating growth in the company’s core business. Tier 3 Successfully Completes Large Data Conflation Project
Tier 3 successfully completes large data conflation project for Dominion Resources electric distribution service territories in Virginia and North Carolina. The project was complex in that it involved approximately 60,000 electric distribution miles and required conflation to both NAVTEQ street products and a secondary conflation to GPS pole locations for overhead distribution facility data.
