Online Return Policy

You may return the RightChoice products directly to Tier 3 within 15 days of purchase by contacting Tier 3 customer service and arranging the return and deactivation of licensed products. Licensed products must be uninstalled and any delivery media returned to Tier 3. You will receive a refund for the entire amount of the license fee. Returns exclude and fees paid for services, labor, or product customization.
