Mr. Brodie has over 20 years of IT consulting and project leadership experience with emphasis on government and utility GIS implementation, integration and enterprise SOA architecture. As a manager, consultant and developer, William has designed and managed a variety of projects including strategic implementation plans, data management projects, application software development, and enterprise -wide GIS application implementation.
